Which of these is a measure of quality?

Employee evaluations should be conducted on a regular basis because feedback will be incredibly important for making changes and reinforcing positive aspects of performance. All evaluations should contain three parts: self, peer, and supervisor evaluations. All three evaluate in a slightly different way and, when combined, can give someone the best possible picture of what he or she is doing well and specify areas on which the person can improve.
